Facts about washing hands

The most basic and simple way to avoid being sick or reduce the risk of sickness is to wash your hands. One of the first facts is that any hand soap will clean your hands. You do not need antibacterial soap for effective cleaning. Another point is that hand sanitizers are just as effective as washing hands when you can’t or don’t have the opportunity to wash your hands. Dish towels are not recommended to try your hands after washing as they may contain bacteria. Another interesting fact is that washing hands with cold water is equally effective as using hot water.
